You do the work. Always. But the reward? Never.

I may not have the power to give you the recognition you deserve. But I can give you this.

I see you.

I see you putting in the long hours. I see you not getting recognized. I see you helping the wheels turn even when no one is watching. Even when you yourself are struggling. Even when what you are juggling, solving, and carrying is beyond anything anyone can actually capture.

I see you.

You are the person that if you left — the gap could not be filled right away. You have the knowledge. You have the processes. You have the institutional memory no one bothered to write down.

But you don’t have the rewards. And you don’t have the recognition.

And yet. Rarely complaining. Still showing up. Still being the backbone.

And here’s what I also know —

I am not alone in seeing you. There are people all around you who see exactly what you do and what it costs you. We just don’t always have the power or the authority to make it easier. And that frustrates us too.

So on those days where you think — why am I doing this, what’s the point, who really cares —

We care. We see you. And we hope you see yourself and everything that makes you amazing.

Thank you for being who you are.
